Q How do i find a certain product?
There are a number of ways you can find items until you find the one your looking for.
The easiest way is to browse through our categorized items using the drop down menu bar (Above - Left) where you can 'View All' items in that Category or select a Size in each category.Alternatively, you can you use our search box to narrow your search even further.
Q How is the 'YOU SAVE' or 'SAVING YOU' amount calculated?
This is calculated based on the Original price.
We get the 'YOU SAVE' & 'SAVING YOU' amounts based on the Original instore price of each item which displays this saving.It is not based on any current prices and is solely based on the Original instore selling price.
Q What payment methods do you accept?
We have a few different payment methods available to you.
You can make any payments using Paypal, Most major Credit / Debit cards & UK Postal Orders**If paying using Postal Orders, please notify us of this & also note that no order will be packed or posted until payment has been received.
Q Is it safe to pay using my Credit / Debit Card?
Making any payments are very secure
All payments are processed through the REALEX payment system using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.This SSL technology allows for the encryption of any potentially sensitive information such as your name & address.
No credit or debit card numbers are stored any where on our server or within your account, meaning next2nowt.com have no access to this information.
Q Where do you deliver to?
We can & do ship any products Worldwide
Our fully modernised shipping module knows your shipping destination, from the details you imputed when registering an account with us.Using these details, you can be sure that you will pay the correct postage for your destination.
Q How much is the Delivery / Shipping cost?
Delivery or Shipping costs per product varies dependant on the quantities & destinations.
All products are packed & posted using a variety of known delivery compaies such as, Royal Mail, Parcel Force, DHL.Please see our Price guide for delivery costs.
Q How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times & dates are variable
All products purchased & paid for one day are packed & in the post the following day(excluding weekends / bank holidays).Within the UK, this means that most items are delivered within 48 hours of us receiving your payment (Excluding Weekends / Bank holidays), but please note, this is not a guaranteed time scale.

Q I have received my order, but there is a problem?
If you receive your item & there is a problem, please contact us straight away.
Please let us know your problem as soon as you realise there is one by contacting our customer service team: customerservice[at]next2nowt.com team, were they will endeavour to rectifying the problem the very same day.(Excluding Weekends, Bank Holidays & Out of hours).
Q Can i return an item I have just received?
Returns of any items are welcome within 7 days of receipt.
If you receive an item & you wish to return it, please let us know before returning by contacting our customer returns team: returns[at]next2nowt.comAny item you are returning should be returned by logging in to your account. Once logged in, you can view your order history & to the left of the item you wish to return, simple tick the box then select 'Return' from the dropdown box near the bottom. Fill in as much as you can including your reason for return. Once we have received your return request, a member of our team will contact you & the status of your return will change accordingly.

Q Who pays for any return Postage / Shipping costs?
Return Postage / Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Should any Error, Mistake or you receive the wrong item occur, please contact our customer service team: customerservice[at]next2nowt.com as soon as you realise this & return it as outlined above.Q My order has not arrived, what should I do?
Please contact us then we can investigate this further.
All delivery times stated are estimates only and are not guaranteed times.A parcel is not classed as a missing parcel until 15 working days have passed for UK orders and 21 working days for none UK orders. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
If necessary, we may need to file a claim with the courier on your behalf, but please note, this process can take upto 21 days and cannot be filed unitl the missing parcels period has passed..
