Dispatch of all items is Monday to Friday's and excludes all bank holidays & weekends!

UK Standard Delivery - All orders will need to be signed for ♦♦♦
Our aim is to package & deliver your goods to you within 1 - 3 working days (excluding Bank Holidays and weekends). Please see our estimations of delivery times / days below which is a guideline only.
We do not guarantee you will receive your goods within these delivery times, as they are an estimation only and delivery days / times may vary.
Delivery of Larger orders and examples ♦♦♦♦♦♦
Most larger order are booked and delivered to you using a variety of different couriers. This could be Royal Mail, Parcel Force, DHL, Yodel, or Fedex, as we aim to get your order to you as safely and speedily as possible.
These larger orders received after 12pm Mon - Fri and at weekends, cannot be booked in until the following working day, making collection from us the next working day after and as shown in the examples below.
Example 1. You place an order with us after 12pm on any week day and this order has several items!
It is booked in with the courier the following working day after your order is received, but is not collected by them until the next working day.
Example 2. You place an order with us at 9pm on Thursday night and this order has several items!
It is booked in with the courier on Friday (which is the following working day after your order is received) but it is not collected by the courier until the next working day, being Monday.
Example 3. You place an order with us anytime over the weekend period and this order has several items!
It is booked in with the courier on Monday (which is the following working day after your order is received) but it is not collected by the courier until the next working day, being Tuesday.
♦♦♦ If paying by credit / debit card, your order will not be dispatched until the following working day, due to awaiting confirmation of cleared payment.
Please allow up to 4 working days from dispatch day, before sending a query about the delivery of your order, when using UK Standard delivery.
♦♦♦ We cannot post any parcel without using signed for delivery!
If you think you may not be home, you can give special instructions for the delivery person, such as 'Please leave with neighbour' or 'Leave at number...' and this will show on the address label. To leave a delivery instruction, please add it to the 'comments' box when placing an order!

Our Postage & packaging costs are based on the average weight of an item!

All P+P costs are automatically calculated & shown when going through the checkout process!
♦♦ We use a variety of courier services, in our aim at getting your order to you safely & speedily.
♦♦ All delivery aims are estimates only & are working days, excluding weekends & bank holidays.

If you purchase several slightly heavier items within the same order, the postage paid may not cover the amount which we have to pay the courier.
This means we may ask you to pay the difference, up to the exact amount which we will pay the Courier but not a single penny more!

As of Monday 10th September 2012, we have just one postage option available within the UK, which is due to missing / lost parcels or even fraudulent claims of parcels having not been delivered.
This postage option is Standard Delivery and all parcels will need to be signed for.
